The model shows just the basic structure to continue to reflect on the concrete possibilities, the materials, the contracts, the supply, the marketing, the certificates and of course possible alternatives as well as risks from inside and outside. Crucial for both tiny houses and floating houses could be the permission to put them somewhere. Also crucial the permission for decentralised water supply, sanitation (e.g. bio toilet) and energy supply. So based on this structure a lot concrete factors could be added.
