The model presented here is part of the research project "Corporate Social Performance Indicators - Approaches to Measuring and Managing Risks and Opportunities through Corporate Social Responsibility".

The model focuses on 24 fields of action that can be assigned to corporate social responsibility or corporate social irresponsibility. The aim of the model is to make impact relationships between the fields of action quantifiable. The model is based on a large number of reference models that have been condensed into a holistic construct.
